My family had visited Catskill Game farm every year for over 20 years and we loved it. We were looking forward to bringing our new grandchildren there now.

Personally I think there are plenty of RV parks in the area and hope you don't go in that direction.
I would like to suggest you try to raise money in different ways to help build the park.
You could sell bricks with family names on it for $1000, names streets or area's of the park after people who donate $50,000, offer tours, memberships, sponsorships of animals, you could also offer to sell shares of the park. Hey, you could go on Shark Tank and see if you can get one of them to invest.
