Closed gallery not loading properly

what's the problem with the Butterfly Creek photo gallery (or is it just me?): Butterfly Creek Gallery

All the other galleries load fine but this one always sort of half loads, with everything skewed to the right, and several of the photos don't show up. I used to think it was my computer but it seems to consistently happen on other computers I use too?
 
I'm having the same problem but with the New Posts and New Comments galleries, it's happened a few times in the past as well.
 
Yes, if there is a problem with the thumbnail for one of the photos, it messes up the display of the whole forum.

I do have a routine to fix up these missing or bad thumbnails, but it has to be run manually.

I'm running it now (it takes a while), will see if it fixes the Butterfly Creek gallery when it has finished.

If you come across this again in the future - please let me know and I'll run the cleanup script again.
 
If the gallery code simply included default dimension values for the image tags (either in the IMG SRC or CSS) then missing thumbnails wouldn't wreck the display for the remainder of the page.
 
I'm having all sorts of trouble viewing photos as of today. Just get a red x on most of the newly uploaded and newly-commented on photos, and none of them will open for me! Several of the "new" pages are skewed off to the right as well.

EDIT: now I don't appear to be able to view any photos in any of the galleries.....

I've just run my update routine to fix missing thumbnails from the gallery - hopefully that has fixed a few things.

If you are still having problems, please let me know which galleries are misbehaving.

er, all of them!

On "today's" photos, one photo shows up (an aardvark sign), all the rest are just a red x. Same on the "new" photos. I picked out New Guinea and Portugal galleries at random and same thing (all photos just a red x). The random photos across the top of the forum page are the same.

I logged out and back in, refreshed the page, but it didn't change anything.
 
is anyone else having gallery problems at the moment? I'm just getting blank spaces and red x's where photos should be (on the New Photos section and in the actual galleries)
 
I'm currently re-processing missing thumbnails for all recently uploaded photos - will take a while to complete. Will let you know when it is done.
 
I've finished the update - let me know if you find any other photos in the gallery which are missing thumbnails or anything.
