I'm looking for information about gallus gallus brahma, but I can't find hardly any information about this bird. Not on IUCN, EOL or Birdlife. Can somebody tell me were I can find more information? I'm looking for the classification scheme, food habits, reproduction, social behavior, lifespan, etc

are you talking about the domestic breed of hen called the Brahma chicken?

Gallus gallus brahma is not recognized as a subspecies, so maybe you can post a picture of your birds and we can help you determine which ones you have. Looking at your looking if you are interested in gallus I would check this Aviornis link Aviornis International Nederland:  Kamhoenders and they can tell you all about them.

A bit of general information about Gallus gallus, they are not the most difficult bird to keep and their husbandry is quite similar to other pheasant species. They are less aggressive as other pheasants so they can be combined with other birds. Keep only one cock in the aviary you can keep them in pairs or with multiple hens. As food you can use normal commerical pheasant pellets added with some vegetables and ones in a while some mealworms (do make sure that this additional food will not replace the pellets too much).
