Ok so I was lying in bed this morning, not wanting to get up and ready for work when I half heard on the tv a story about a giraffe birth. I'm sure it said Melbourne zoo and that the calf was born three days ago. There seems to be nothing about it on the zoos website or on the news section of google. If I turn out to be wrong could one of the moderators remove this post. I'm hoping that I heard right.

I'm guessing they said "a Belgian zoo" and jay naturally heard "at Melbourne Zoo"
Maybe - although Aussie hearing is usually better than Aussie pronunciation!

I got it. But these threads are likely to be viewed by a few dozen people at most, spread all over the world. Mr Depot may wish to take his efforts elsewhere, was my suggestion.

An occasional thread-bump is ok. I quite enjoy reading the spam messages before they are deleted.
I thought maybe there was a spam link attached as a signature, but he didn't realise the signature wouldn't appear unless one is a Zoochat Supporter.
