Great blue turaco in America

Just found a nice picture of a breeding-pair of Great blue turacos at the Nashville zoo. On the picture they were on the nest together with their chick which hatched there during 2011.
Because this species is very rare in European collections - I know of only 4 keeping and breeding them : Walsrode, Antwerp, Cotswold and Paradise Park - I was wondering how they are doing in America.
Is there a SSP for the species, where is it kept and where is it bred ( from Nashville I know already :) ).

The San Diego Zoo has a population of them. The Bronx Zoo and Houston Zoo also have them.

I would think that there is an SSP or population management plan for them, but don't know who has it.

They are wonderful birds. I had the great fortune of seeing some in the wild in the Kakamega Forest in Kenya.

According to ZIMS they are held at 9 AZA institutions in the US currently: Bronx, Dallas World Aquarium, Disney's Animal Kingdom, Houston, Nashville Zoo, San Antonio, San Diego Zoo, San Diego Wild Animal Park, and Sedgwick County Zoo.

I know I saw one at BGTB in April 2012. A picture is attached below. Perhaps that one is not there anymore?

ZIMS does not appear to show any animals from Busch Gardens so this bird may indeed still be there. I tried searching for species that I know they have there (like white rhino and spotted hyena) and they are not listed in ZIMS at this time.

I saw them at Nashville very pretty birds. I like all the African tropical birds and I think there is a future of incorporating them from the bird section (which some wrongly find boring) and moving them in or near the African megafauna (always great to hear Turaco or Startlings while watching giraffe)

Here's a pic of a Great Blue Turaco I saw at the Bronx Zoo earlier today (or I guess yesterday, the 17th). I remember at least 2 of them.
