Sorry, I wasn't sure where to post this thread; I guess General Zoo Discussion will do.

Well, AnaheimZoo here, just wanting to wish every member of the ZooChat family and their families a very Happy New Year from the Northeast/Atlantic USA!

2011 is now officially behind us, (long behind those in New Zealand, Aussie, China, etc.) and 2012 is sure to be a fantastic and memorable year! ZooChat will see more charming members join, more fantastic zoo reviews, more tales of zoo visits and road trips, and many exciting zoo headlines! It will be fun to live through the new year along with my fellow ZooChatters. I wish you all the very best in 2012.

Happy New Year! I hope everyone has a great year and we can all visit at least one new zoo.

Hopefully this year I'll see Bristol, Antwerp, Rotterdam, Artis, maybe one or both Berlin Zoos, and some of the Singapore Zoos.

Whilst not nearly as impressive as European zoos, I'll probably be able to visit a few zoos in New York City! Central Park, Prospect Park, Queens, and the New York Aquarium, although fairly small, are sure to be exciting firsts for me! :D
