Having A Themed B&B To Help Cover The Costs Of Keeping Exotics?

I've been brainstorming over the last few years about the idea of one day in the future having a B&B themed to a specific continent for select small variety of exotics and birds in a country area (but close enough to a bigger town or city). I was planning on it having a main lobby with an exhibits gallery on one side and an eating area on the other. The 2 guest rooms would be on one side of the building with the other 2 on the other side. Outside the building there would be trails to view some hoofstock and bird species with a firepit area to cook bbq, grill or eat culturally inspired foods. This place would be nowhere near as large as Animal Kingdom Lodge but would have detailed theming like it to help the guests have a memorable experience during their stay. I'm thinking of theming it around a geographic area that doesn't get too cold with species that can handle cooler temperatures (American prairie, Andean cloud forest, East Asia, Northeast India etc....)

Is this idea worth pursuing? My whole central basis was thinking that perhaps the prices for guests would help cover the costs for keeping and feeding the exotic wildlife housed on property. I know that B&B's can be time intensive to run and sometimes finanacially a struggle (like in Mamma Mia) but I like it because it combines my interests in zoos, cultural theming and living in the country. Are there ways to get mortgages or loans to get started with this sort of idea? I feel like I'd do good at marketing but overall feasibility and finances are my biggest thoughts about it. Examples which made me think about this include Longneck Manor in Fredericksburg, TX, Vision Quest Ranch in Salinas, CA and numerous others.
