Hawk owl in the Netherlands

Already since at least the 12 of November a Hawk owl is staying in the dutch town of Zwolle. This is only the 4th time this species is recorded for the Netherlands and through the social media it became this week into the news.
Because of the weekend today more people had some time and went to see the rare bird and I found a video about these birders ( and the Hawk owl ) :

Are hawk owls rare, or just rare in Netherlands?

No I didn't went and as said it's only the 4th time this species has been spotted in the Netherlands so yes, it is rare here. Further north, ( Sweden, Finland and Russia it's still quite common.
