It's nice to meet other people who also have a interest in animals and zoos.

I have had a passion for animals ever since Steve Irwin was still alive and now I have even greater admiration for her daughter Bindi Irwin, as well as to a couple of other animal explorers.

Nice to have another from North up central. The major zoo here is of course The Great Plains Zoo in Sioux Falls. Sure, there is Bramble Park in Watertown too and Reptile Gardens in Rapid City.

An institution that intrigues me is the Gavin's Point National Fish Hatchery in Yankton. No thread on that as far as I know here ....
