I think only moderators can delete any picture, contact with them.
 
I had the very same problem when I first joined and accidently posted apicture of a member of my family instead of a macaque. Anyway If you edit the photo you have the option to delete it there...I think, well thats how I changed it but it was a bit different from zoochat now.
