I am now a Zoo Supervisor but fill in any area that is short handed. I also help with the new animals in quarantine--pretty much do anything that is needed!

Maybe from JAX zoo. They did have a large collection of North American River Otters. But you didnt get an otter from me, I work for a private conservation center North of Jacksonville.
