Hey there

My name is Kludi and im from switzerland. Im a zoo nerd since a went to the local zoo for the first time. I love everything about zoos; the animals, the atmosphere, the architecture, the history just everything thats why i also have a tumblr blog called Zoo and Animal Facts

i hope i meet a lot of new people who share my intererest :3
 
Glad to have another member from Switzerland. There are two active members from your country that I know of - one of which I met in person when I was in Zurich last year.

I like your blog - short and simple posts. The one about London Zoo in 18th century caught my eye. The reason is that painting of the camels is the same picture I used in the introductory chapter on the history of zoos in my book Zoos of the Southwest. The painting is by George Scharf done in 1835.
