Isn't Kiev the Zoo where Boy the male asian elephant is kept? Do you know why they don't want to let him go to a breeding group?

Hi.
Yes, in the Kiev zoo has an Asian Elephant Boy. As far as I know the group for breeding, he is not allowed due to some problems with his feet. But for more detailed information beam to contact our vet.
