I'm not entirely sure if these are all correct so maybe some North American zoochatters could help?

Plus Honolulu zoo, Houston zoo, National aviary, Louisville zoo, Saint louis zoo and Toledo zoo have kept it in the past (some of them might still keep it still).

Guam Kingfisher at Busch Gardens Florida also I believe.

I saw them personally a few years ago and have quickly checked the web and a "breeding pair" appear to be there still as recently as 28.12.21.

Mariana Fruit Dove and both Guam birds have thriving captive populations in the US. The Golden White-Eye is around in small numbers at a few collections but doesn't really have a sustainable population.

For the Golden white-eye I found the following information :
- currently kept at 10 US-zoos
- current population 13 males and 9 females
Don't look like this species has a sustainable population in the USA ...

( another species, the Saipan white-eye is also on the edge of disappearing from the USA, only 2 zoos keeping it and in Nov. 2020 14 males and 7 females were kept )
