You could never rule it out, but I suspect that marine mammals would be unlikely - they would require a step up in maintenance compared to the animals currently at HWP (most of the enclosures at HWP are relatively simple/basic in ongoing maintenance) Seals/Walrus etc would require much more sophisticated living quarters (Filtering etc)

Ibex would fit in though.
 
I think that is probably right, especially as the zoo has given up on pinnipeds due to their complex husbandry needs.
