I don't have any access to zoo lists but it is something I would be interested in seeing if anyone can. I would appreciate it.
Lets assume every zoo that has ever exhibited any reptiles has had green iguanas (though I find them interesting- just not for this purpose)

There are a number of US zoos that are working with the International Iguana Foundation on some breeding projects of some of the rarer species

Fort Worth: Brachylophus fasciatus (listed as Fiji Island banded iguana), Ctenosaura bakeri (listed as Utila Island spiny iguana), Cyclura lewisi (listed as Grand Cayman blue iguana)
Dallas: Brachylophus fasciatus (listed as Fiji Island banded iguana), Ctenosaura bakeri (listed as Utila spiny-tailed iguana), Cyclura lewisi (listed as Grand Cayman rock iguana)
Omaha: Ctenosaura Pectinata in 2 separate exhibits (listed as spiny-tailed iguana in one and Mexican spiny-tailed iguana in the other), Oplurus cuvieri (listed as spiny-tailed iguana), and green iguana (no signage)
Smithsonian: Brachylophus fasciatus (listed as Fiji Island iguana), Cyclura lewisi (listed as Grand Cayman iguana)
