Which zoos are the best to see Indochinese leopards and tigers in Thailand or Vietnam? Are there any except Khao Kheow Open zoo, Saigon zoo, and Hanoi zoo?

What I know regarding the status of the subspecies:
Khao Kheow 2.1 non subspecific
Saigon 2.1 non subspecific
North Indochinese tiger (Panthera Tigris corbetti)
MALAYSIA
Taiping Zoo and Night Safari: 3.4
THAILAND
Changmai Zoological Gardens: 1.1
Changmai Night Safari: 4.5
Khao Suan Kwang Zoo: 1.1
Khao Kheow Open Range Zoo: 5.6
Nakhon Ratchasema Zoological Park: 2.3.1
Songkhla Zoo: 6.1
Ubon Ratchathani Zoo: 2.1
VIETNAM
Hanoi Zoo: ??.??
(probably 4 and 5, if my memory serves me correctly, a few years back around 2016/17)
Saigon Zoo: 1.2
There may be other small holdings in either Thailand and Vietnam and perhaps in parts of Indo China (Laos, Cambodia) in captive facilities.

In Saigon zoo they have 1.1.3., and I think that tigers in Taiping zoo are Malayan tigers (Panthera tigris jacksoni)
On the database Taiping is listed with 2.2 Malayan tiger alongside the 3.4 Indochinese. I would expect the data being inserted into it are reliable.
I leave it up to a local Malaysian ZC forumster to make stick which is true.

Also for Saigon zoo cubs and parents media from Vietnam says that they are Bengal tigers. Parents were rescued.
Saigon Zoo is listed as having 2.2 Bengal tigers along with 2.1 non subspecific and 1.2 Indochinese tigers.
You always need to weigh and filter what is said in the local media as it may not give the full picture in one publication or feature article. Unless, you have multiple reliable sources and have local visual knowledge of the situation in Saigon Zoo anno 2024.

In 2024. all media in Vietnam are mentioning Bengal tigers in Saigon zoo because of 3 cubs birthday. I was in contact with person who has been in Saigon in March and she told me that she saw 3 adult tigers and 3 cubs and one white tiger.
Which database?
The media is calling them Bengal Tigers but they are not. One article specified that one of the parents of the cubs born last year was born at Saigon Zoo in 2014 which makes the cubs either Indochinese or hybrid.
The white tigers were imported from Canada (and subsequently produced cubs), so are also not pure Bengal Tigers.
The one and only database used by all accredited zoos globally.

In Taiping they only have 1.1 Malayan tigers currently.
Do you know which individuals and their ages (DoB)?

I posted a list in Malayan tigers in Asia thread you can check it out. But in Taiping are male Hebat he is 5 years old and female Teja she is 4 years old.
