I was in this zoo, one time but maybe I can help (sorry for my english)
Entry Price :
- Adult - 14 zloty/ 3,2 € (i'm not sure)
- Students, Childrean - 7 zloty/ 1,5 € (i'm not sure)
Species list I don't have, but I remember what interesting species that there are :
- Maned Wolf
- Golden lion tamarin
- South American sea lion
- Pygmy Hippopotamus
- Mantled Guereza
- Takin
- many ungulate(for example Przewalski's Horse, Bongo, Lechwe)
- many species of large/medium/small cats (for example :jaguarundi, jaguar, siberian tiger, chaus, snow leopard, north Chinese leopard and Geoffroy's Cat )
In noctural house for example live : Egyptian fruit bat, Ground cuscus, Sugar glider, Northern greater galago, Pygmy slow loris.
Interesting species of birds :
- Eastern Imperial Eagle
- Cinereous Vulture
- Andean Condor
- Snowy Owl
- Great Grey Owl
- Satyr tragopan
- Temminck's tragopan
In reptile house live for example : Malaysian Sail-finned Lizard, Dwarf Caiman, Plumed basilisk, Red-eyed Tree Frog . In reptile house, are also few aquariums.

krakow zoo is set in a woodland setting. There are largish enclosures for deer etc at the top end of the zoo.
The first exhibits seen on arrival are the avairies and the elephant enclosure. They have Hyaena, a large enclosure for snow leopards has been recently built and they have a huge series of aviaries for birds of prey with the nocturnal at the back of some of the cat exhibits. I
It is a very pleasant zoo worth a visit, although it is a distance from the city centre.
There is also a new aqaurium with what they claim to be the largest collection of poisonous snakes in it just opened in the old Natural History Museum in Krakow.

I remember, not very good enclosure for Striped Hyena, but this is old enclousure.
A similar exhibit have maned wolfs, but I think they feel good there.
Some cats(probably lynxes, and chinese leopards), live in old and not nice exhibits for lions, tigers, snow leopards and chimpanzees. But this species, today live in new, big and nice exhibits.
