Interestingly-shaped Aviaries

That's extremely vague. The biggest African Bird Aviary in North America is Scripps Aviary at San Diego which I mentioned earlier. The only Aviary I can think of with good architecture would probably be South Africa at Dallas World Aquarium.
If it’s modern architecture and in a building your probably looking at North Eastern Zoos like Bronx or Philadelphia (neither have it though they’re just examples).

I know it is but unfortunately I can't elaborate on it and trying to find it in the gallery is difficult as there are an enormous amount of zoos in the USA.

I think this aviary housing Black-naped oriole and Red-billed Leiothrix, shaped like a giant old-school bird cage, in the Chinese area at Pairi Daiza would probably qualify.

Also notice the yin and yang design on the floor.
