International Animal Exchange/international Wildlife Park
Does anybody have any background/history on International Animal Exchange out of Michigan? My understanding is that it is an animal brokerage and that they operated a number of tourist parks as holding facilities for animals. Here in N. Texas, there was a park called International Wildlife Park. I heard that it closed down after flooding in 1990 but much of the information beyond that is hazy. I have posted a link below about a baby elephant that was transported to a California in the late 80s.

Anyway, a local real estate developer has begun to build a commercial park on the land which the park formerly occupied. See the link below. I had read on the internet that the land had been designated a Texas Super Fund site...anyone know about why that would be?
