Irish Zoo Speculation and Wishlist

Inspired by this thread ( British zoo "speculation" thread) I thought this could be an interesting way to talk about future developments in Irish zoos, who seem to be on the rise as of late, especially in Dublin and Fota. Discussions of any Irish zoos would be great, by any interested members.

To start, would it be possible to keep a species of small or medium carnivore in the fenced lion-tailed macaque enclosure in Fota? I say this because, if I have understood a YouTube video by the zoo correctly, that enclosure has only three macaques. I am sure changes must be made to barriers and housing but it is a good size and well planted. I considered Malayan tapir too, since they were in the original plans for the Asian section but I feel like they would need more significant changes in the enclosure and seem short in supply.

Would it be possible to house a small cat species in the entrance lion enclosure in Dublin Zoo, once the current inhabitant is gone from there? I do know that some small cat species are stressed by tigers (which live in the neighbouring enclosure), but some cat species are also housed close to them in other zoos. The tigers also seem to have no other enclosures (I could be wrong) and if that is the case, it would be great for them to use the lion enclosure, but I am asking about other species in the chance that the tigers do have other enclosures.
