Is there was at least single okapi export from DR Congo in the last 10 years?

In time, my friend. Genetic demographics are not the only limiting factor for zoo animal populations.

Smaller zoos are now taking in more threatened species that was once limited just to the larger or richer zoos. Professionalism in husbandry is expanding. And the management of breeding programs are at the point where new holders are needed to expand captive populations. Insurance populations can only succeed if there are large numbers in captivity and experienced staff that can breed them well.

Yes agreed, friend.

Chester imported a spectacled bear from USA last year.
Edinburgh had a wild caught howler monkey as a confiscation
Vienna's pair of wild caught Indian rhino have still to make their contribution to the EEP, but Munich's wild caught female has produced her first calf.
Pairi Daiza have announced they will be importing their koalas from Australia

Great informaton, I am so happy, surely you are too.
I saw that little indian rhino calf in November last year in Munich (at Tierpark Hellabrunn)

Anyone to know, how much wild caught okapis founded the current population? How much okapis were caught since the 1918 till the last wild import in 1990?

It seems that at least 126 okapis were wild caught, since the 1918, for captive population, in the 72-year period (1918-1990).

I just numerated those okapis from the historical list provided by The Okapi menagament site, who were recorded as born on january 01 or july 01 in any year, and that is surely unknown date because they were wild caught. For those for what are recoreded more specific dates, but who have wild caught parrents, I suppose that they are the first captive born population (F1) generation of those wild caught.

Anybody to know more on this?

The website you have cited is accurate. You won't find much more that what is displayed there.

You are correct to assume that individuals with known parents are in fact captive bred.
