How did you manage that already? We're the same bloody age!

Just booked as soon as I was texted with the invite! :D

(I think it was the day before it dropped to my age range nationally)

My second jab was automatically booked with the first one - it was originally the first week in August but then got brought forward from 11 weeks after dose 1 to 8, so all done and dusted 10 days ago now. I think a lot depends on how ahead/behind your local area happens to be!

Fully vaccinated since this morning

I had my second dose of Pfizer this afternoon.

I am hoping for a better experience this time than after the first dose, but I have heard the second dose often gives worse side effects.

That said, part of my negative experience after the first dose was related to me stressing over the side effects and other stuff, and that is something that I hopefully can at least try to manage.

My other half was not very good after her first jab, but absolutely fine after her second. Hope you fair similar.

Helly had her second Pfizer dose on Thursday and had very few side effects - just a sore arm and a mild temperature - so I imagine you'll be fine :)

So far only soreness around the injection site.

But it hasn't been 24 hours yet. And last time it didn't get real bad until between 24 and 36 hours later.
