keeper/chs?

I was looking at the san diego zoo's site at their careers/jobs section, and saw they had a keeper position open. I looked at it to see what it said the requirements were, so I know for future use unfortunately, I don't meet them yet, I couldn't even get through for the petting zoo attendant they recently had open. Anyways, I'm rambling. What does the CHS stand for? I cant figure it out

I believe it stands for Collection, Husbandry and Science (it's a department of the zoo).
