My book on the life and career of zoologist (and one-time right-hand man to Gerald Durrell), Kenneth Smith, is due to be published by the Bartlett Society in April.
The book, entitled "Animals in the Blood: The Ken Smith Story", is sheduled to be launched at a special ceremony to be held at Shaldon Zoo, Devon, on Sunday, 29 April 2012. All are welcome.
