Does the zoo still own Amur leopard (they had a cub in 2015)?

Yes. They still do have Amur leopard according to their website.
How many individuals and what about breeding.
I just checked the blog called Aries and it says that there are currently four Amur leopards in Oji.
There is 1.0 Ennui/Anui who was born in England in 2008 and live in two other zoos in Japan before transferring to Oji during 2018
There is 0.1 Seira who is the cub born in 2015.
And Seira and Ennui have three offspring in 2019.
0.1 Ram/Lamb
0.1 Suku
And 1.0 Torai/Tri. Tri was transferred to zoorasia on 2020.
1 year old female polar bear Yume has arrived from Asahiyama zoo. 33 year old female Miyuki still is alive so I fail to see the motive behind this move.

Will there be plans to get more?
The zoo will be renovating the savannah area and will be building a new reptile house. Unfortunately it doesn’t seem like there will be many new species, with the savanna area focusing on sitatunga, giraffe, hippopotamus, zebra, and porcupine. The reptile house is planned to display the reptiles under natural light. Construction will start next spring and is expected to finish by summer 2027.

I heard from a friend who recently visited there, that the exhibit is closed and not used. The area has photos of pandas that the zoo held in the past.
