Twycross Zoo Latest Annual Report

Does anyone have or know where I can find the latest annual report of Twycross Zoo please? I have seen the end of 2007 report dated 31st Dec 2007, but wondered if there has been one since. Any help greatly appreciated. Also in the 2007 report, in the developments section it speaks of demolishing the old chimp quarters and the building of a new chimp (word I cant remember) opposite the newest gorilla house. Anyone know anything about this?
 
Does anyone know anything at all on this. Is there a newer version? Anyone know anything about the new chimp housing?
 
Plans also include the demolition of the old chimp houses with the chimps being re-housed in a new
Ape Cognition Centre to be built in the area next to the Gorilla Enclosure.
