Just got back from an amazing visit to Valencia´s Bioparc after taking these pictures in the Lemur area (along with about 500 others!!) Can anyone help ID the various types in these pictures, one is with fairly new born babies.

Thanks

Pete

I'm happy to be corrected, but I think they are:

Red-fronted brown lemur (male)
Mongoose lemur (female)
Red-bellied lemur
Ditto
Red ruffed lemur

Thanks for the photos. Can you do a detailed review of the zoo please? I saw a bit of it on Zoo Days about the transfer of Jambo the elephant from Colchester to Valencia and the park looks really good. What do you think of its overall size? It must be using a lot of water as it looks so green, but I suppose that's nothing to what all the local golf courses must be consuming. I'm going later this year when I'll visit Oceanografic too, I can't wait.

Thanks for the info. The Bioparc is a great experience, i´ll try and put something together about it soon. The Oceanografic is well worth a visit too, although the Baluga whale is cramped and always looks sad when I go there, which is worrying.

I think the fourth photo is a male Mongoose Lemur, rather than a Red-bellied. Otherwise I would agree with Pygathrix's IDs.

Yes I'd agree with that, the white patches are on the muzzle rather than under the eyes
