In the year since the state officially recognized the Florida Wildlife Corridor, progress has been steady. But even with Tuesday’s Cabinet decisions, there are nearly 1 million acres that still need to be protected by 2030.
For more than 20 years, I have been focusing my camera on Florida’s interior — the under-appreciated ranch lands, farms, forests and swamps that hold our state together.
