Here are a list of zoos and aquarias in Indonesia that are still under construction, or yet to be opened

Zoos:
  • RANS Carnival City Zoo (under construction, opening still tentative. Owned by Raffi Ahmad and Nagita Slavina)
  • BSD City Zoo (under construction, aiming for a 2024 opening. Owned by Jatim Park Group and Sinar Mas)
  • Faunaland Kids and Resort Tanjung Lesung (status unknown, originally aimed for a 2020 opening. Owned by PT. Faunaland)
  • Aviary Park @ Bintaro Creative Village (under construction, aiming for a 2023 opening. Owned by Taman Safari and PT. Pembangunan Jaya)
  • Aviary Park CitraGrand City (under construction, opening still tentative. Owned by Taman Safari)
Aquaria:
  • BX OceaLife (under construction, opening still tentative. Owned by PT. Pembangunan Jaya)
  • Bali Marine Park (under construction, opening still tentative. Owned by Taman Safari)
  • Pangandaran Integrated Aquarium and Marine Research Institute (already completed, but not opened for public yet. Owned by the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries of Indonesia)
