London Underground has unique mosquito subspecies

Some of my friends from England grouse about the Underground not being all that great. It is great as a habitat for mosquito evolution, so there is that.

If I did I don't recall. This story just appeared in my Facebook feed today.

I ran a search and did not find this story posted previously, although I have posted several other stories about other aspects of mosquito evolution and ecology over the years.
