I looked for a thread such as this, but didn't see one. Something in the Jacksonville thread got me thinking. What is the overall ratio of gorillas in North American institutions. Does it skew pretty far male? Or is it about 50/50?
Also, does anyone know if Hogle Zoo is planning on bringing any more apes to join Tino now that Muke has passed, or is he just going to live out the rest of his existance in the company of guenons?
