According to an email I received, Lynx Edicions and Birdlife International will publish at the end of the month a new field guide to the Birds of Thailand, and a guide to the Birds of Vietnam will be published at the end of the year. The blurb says these will be the first in a series of "a modern, standardised collection of field guides." It will retail for 60 Euros, but with an introductory price of 54 Euros until the end of August.
