Maleos in Indonesian zoos

Are there any zoos or aviaries in Indonesia that has ever kept Maleos (Macrocephalon maleo) in captivity? From what I heard they fare pretty good since they're flightless birds. I saw this pic on Jakarta Globe showing several Maleos in a cage, but I don't know where:

Ragunan Zoo, Taman Safari Prigen, and Eco Green Park currently keep this species. The maleos at Taman Safari Prigen is housed in a walkthrough aviary alongside smaller birds.

Surabaya Zoo used to keep some maleos.

I think TMII also keep this species, but I'm not sure.

I think the maleo shown in that pic is in Ragunan Zoo, the substrate looks pretty similar.

Maleos are rather common in larger zoos and bird parks in Java. Ragunan and TMII have an individual on display, Surabaya I aware have a pair and I think Eco Green Park and Bali Bird Park have them. It was mentioned in Zootierliste that Prigen no longer have maleos. I'm not aware if they have been ex situ breeding of the species.
