We are working with WCS to directly address the drivers of deforestation and degradation and ensure sustainable development and effective park management in MDNP.

The Mbam Djerem National Park (MDNP) is the most biologically diverse protected area in Cameroon, inhabited by more than 60 mammal species, such as elephants, bongo, buffalo, hippos, leopards, over 12 primate species, including two subspecies of chimpanzees, 65 species of reptiles, and well over 500 species of birds.
