-Species on map that I didn't see:
Patagonian Mara - no exhibit
Impala - exhibit was empty
Dik-dik - replaced with klipspringer?
White-tailed Deer - looks like they're maybe redoing the exhibit? Fencing, etc have been removed
Bighorn Sheep - exhibit empty, signage removed
Takin - no longer kept

There are a bunch of exhibits visible from the zoo, but not accessible, or quite viewable enough to name species The muntjac and klipspringer/dik-dik exhibits on the train ride are in a deep wooded area and aren't mentioned by the conductor; the animals happened to be near the fencing so I could ID them, though couldn't quite tell if they were klipspringers or dik-diks.

A final odd thing about this place. They sell Pepsi products, but don't sell regular pepsi. It isn't an option on the many vending machines (which are mostly empty anyway), and it isn't an option on the menu at the two walk-up food counters. If you ask for pepsi, you will be handed diet.

A large amount of cobra species appear to be gone

There was definitely no bontebok! That's one of my absolute favorite species. There's no signage for Masai, just reticulated; I think only the older male is Masai, and he was trying to breed. You're correct on the cobras, there was only the king cobra. Thanks on the ducks.

Zebra, Spectacled, Monocled, and Moroccan cobras are all gone.

I like cobras and I don't think anywhere nearby has those, now I'm a little sad. I don't think I've seen the first 3 of those.

Luray should have at least two of those.

I haven't been there yet, it's over 4 hours from me, but it's a possibility for the end of December when I'm pet sitting in VA again. This was my first visit to a non-AZA place in 15 years, other than nearby Maymont.

Next time you visit the tidewater area, I highly recommend OBX Lizard Land. In your own state, Dupont and i think Seaside Nature Centers are fantastic

I visited again Sept 9 2021 (with @Arizona Docent), so here's an updated list! Babies I saw, or were signed, are in italics again; there may be more that I didn't see, especially with the primates.
