Does anyone know of plans for the former site of Osaka Misaki Zoo?

I don't know about the site but most of the animals are given to other zoos. I just wouldn't hold my breath for another zoo.

Thank-you. What I wanted to hear really was if anyone in the area had heard of any plans by the city for the site.

Since the last post the park has changed its plans. Changes include reducing the number of done exhibits from three to none.

Personally I don’t know if the prairie hotel will work out since the animals there (bison and probably prairie dog) may not be the most appealing to the average visitor.
