Mixed Exhibits take 2

Visited Shepreth Wildlife Park last week end and saw a mixed island exhibit of Meerkats and White-lipped Tamarins,now Tamarins i`ve seen on islands before but have never seen Meerkats kept on 1,until now.
 
I seem to remember they had porcupines on an island some years ago also. I think geographically correct species from entirely different habitats (eg. llamas with rheas and capybara) is tacky, but meerkats and tamarins......

I read on a south lakes thread that the vulture aviary now also has fruit bats...

i hope they have removed that tasteless crashed spitfire from the lake

Yes its long gone they are trying to improve the places reputation so that and Tower Bridge went,just thought they also had Long-nosed Potoroo with Egyptian Fruit Bats and Moles saw the first 2 but no sign of the Moles.
