Closed Multiple photos uploading

I was just wondering what the problem is with the gallery that causes people to upload the same photo multiple times. Today in the Africa Alive gallery there is a whole series of photos that have been uploaded no fewer than seven times! Its happening a LOT lately so I thought that if there was a way to explain how people could avoid doing so, or if the problem could be fixed, that might be appreciated by all.
 
I think it's the website. When it happened to me the other day with just a few images. After giving them descriptions and confirming the upload, the server churned for a while then returned a response with no data. It had added the images, although a couple of them more than once.

I would imagine that if I'd have hit the "back" button and given it another try, there would've been duplicate copies of all of them.
 
Is there a thread to report when this happens because I just added 8 photos from The National Sea Life Centre and most of them have repeated 3 times. Will the repeats need to be deleted?
 
you can use the report post option on the photo, or send a message to jobalba with links to the photo so he can delete them
