This thread may come in useful to you:

I went the last bank holiday weekend. I hoped to go round the zoo quickly at the end to go into the more crowded exhibits but it was still very crowded. I also found that people were still walking around the zoo, in and out of exhibits, until well after 6pm - over 40 minutes after the zoo closed. If you can, I recommend leaving Animal Adventure until last, as you then have a chance of seeing an active aardvark and red pandas if you're interested - hopefully then it will be less crowded.

Yeah as Nayer said most of that has been discussed in that thread, any chance you could get some more photos of Animal Adventure, that would be great! Have a nice day out.

Aaaah thank you nayer! Thought there was a thread some where about it :D
Yeah I'll make sure to take some pics of Animal Adventure!
Is it true they have an Albino Porcupine?

Thanks,
PK

Saw this on the ZSL Website for the May bank Holiday:

One weekend only: see the world’s most destructive, dangerous and devious animal
For this bank holiday weekend visitors to ZSL London Zoo will get to come face to face with a creature that has caused more devastation world wide than any other animal.

One specimen will spend three days living in a special custom-built enclosure within the grounds of the Zoo

Room with a Zoo will give visitors the chance to learn about the devastating impact that ...

Are the humans returning to the mappins? Oh but then it says custom-built, thats annoying I thought that was a brilliant idea the other year. Anyone got any ideas where it will be this year?

I went this morning and found the room with a zoo on the lawn behind the amphitheatre (directly opposite the back of the white-naped mangabeys in Gorilla Kingdom.) I took a couple of photos which I shall upload as soon as I get the chance, but it consists of a small fenced off area (garden?) and a small shack the size of a medium shed. Barely adequate for a squirrel. ;)
@PrimateKid: You're absolutely right about the albino porcupine, I saw it this morning. I'd been looking for it before because of the photos on the website: I tried to take some photos but none of them were very clear because it was sandwiched between a couple of others inside their shelter. :)
