Can anyone identify what ive seen? Ive no idea.

Right, a couple of months ago i was in the car when what we thought was a fox ran in front of us and stopped. It was about 5 in the evening. The creature itself was grey, about medium dog sized, with a lean body and a long thin tail like a cat. We think its fur was short. Its face was the oddest part, it looked very much like a kangaroo or wallaby, long, with very big ears. Its eyes were a very piercing black. The animal looked up at us and bounded into the bushes and peeped out at us.

Very odd.
If anyone can identify what it was from that description, would be nice to finally know what it was. Thanks

Oh and no we hadnt had to much to drink that night!

Sounds like a Possom or a wallaby. We do have wallabies that are wild in the UK.

No i was too big for a possum, and it didnt move like a wallaby, its front legs were to long too.

if that helps....

Draw it and post a picture, that might help :)
