Half a million native plants and trees will be installed as part of a $6 million project aimed at bringing threatened birdlife back to Auckland.
The project will be installed in Drury over the next five years through a partnership between local iwi Ngāti Tamaoho and the Drury South Crossing subdivision, and will create 200 jobs.
