hello to everybody. I'm a belgian looking forward to meet as well belgians as other europeans to talk about zoos. I just visited Kiev zoo and have very mixed feelings ... from 'great' (the lynx enclosure) to horrible (the monkeyhouse). Does anybody has the same feelings ... I'm extremely interested in the 'phenomenal' zoo ... the way zoos differ from each other ... My favourite zoo is by all means Pairi Daiza but I have a 'soft spot' for London Zoo and the Jardim Zoological de Lisboa ... among others 
I speak and understand German, English and (of course, being a belgian) Dutch and French .. By the way, my appartment is two steps away from Antwerp Zoo
