A guy in Los Angeles was arrested for smuggling in three king cobras in potato chip cans along with turtles. He had a baby Morelet's crocodile and several other reptiles in his house.
He is being charged with offenses that could get him several years in prison. One of the cobras died (along with a previous shipment of 20 king cobras). The other two are at the San Diego Zoo.
Next time you are going to open a can of potato chips listen for hissing. If it hisses, don't open it.
