NOTICE OF INTENTION TO APPLY FOR A ZOO LICENCE

Sea Life on behalf of Merlin Entertainments Ltd of 3 Market Close, Poole, Dorset BH15 1NQ hereby give notice that in not less than 8 weeks after the publication of this notice we intend to make application to Trafford Council for a licence to operate a proposed aquarium at Ground Floor Level, Unit D1, Barton Square, Phoenix Way, Trafford Park, Manchester M17 8AS.

A written notice of intention to make an application for a zoo licence including details of the proposed aquarium has been sent to Trafford Council.
