Nicest Layout

Hi everyone,

As I'm new at all this I thought I'd better start my own debate!

All you have to do is post the name of the zoo you like the layout of best and briefly describe why:)

Get cracking...

Howletts Wild Animal Park -
The Park has most of the enclosures quite far away from public view so seeing some of the rarer animals as a fantastic thing to see.The animals have plenty of space too and plenty of privacy.
Howletts still has that Country Park feel which makes it more natural in some ways - Even though i visited the Park in May halfterm it was incredibly peaceful.
Definately my favourite layout and feel for a zoo.

The public dont get that close to the animals,But the park was built for animals first - For me thats what zoos are all about.

mine has got to be banham zoo

Its nicely laid out park set in a wooded surrounding. Alhtough you get to see exotic animals up close you also see lots of natives exploring the grounds.

But doesn't that cover Zoos all over the world? Maybe ZooLeopard is just interested in zoo layouts in this country. Maybe ZooLeopard has the UK forum set into, His/Her favourites, as i do. I rarely venture into the other forums, as they hold little value to me personally.

The point of the general forums is that it applys to all zoos worldwide including those from the UK. And if Zooleopard wanted to make it specific to the UK all that needs to be done would be to say...

...In the UK blah blah blah* What do you lot think about zoo layout in the the UK?...

* obviously the bulk of what is being said/asked.

I didn't mean to appear rude in anyway we all accidently create new threads when there are identical ones already existing (take my newquay zoo lion thread for example), but its a waste of typing and space really :). Sorry If i've appeared rude or blunt :D
