Stone Zoo recently added an Arctic Fox exhibit in Yukon Creek. It's approximately 400 sq. ft. Here's the best picture of the exhibit provided.

The Toronto zoo has a nice arctic fox exhibit in Tundra Trek. It is grassy, with rocks and a tree in the middle. There is also and arctic fox burrow for kids to crawl in nearby. I don't have a picture of it, but I'm sure there's one in the Toronto zoo gallery.
