Number Of Animals In Shows

I was at the Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium today, which is located about half an hour south of Seattle, and while there I watched a 30-minute show featuring a variety of animals. I've never seen so many creatures in a single performance! There was a Harris hawk, bald eagle, king vulture, barn owl, red-legged seriema, green-winged macaw, armadillo, white-nosed coati, beaver, Canadian lynx, radiated tortoise, a few rats and some ducks. Has anyone ever seen a performance in a zoo theatre with more than 13 different species?

Also, apparently the zoo has an Eurasian eagle owl, fishing cat, serval and Abyssinian ground hornbill that they often use in performances. It is pretty cool for many audience members to see such a range of wildlife.

At bioparc Valencia I see a show with 10 different species,(Southern hornbill,kittens,porcupines,African white-backed vulture,Rupell's griffon vulture and palm-nut vultures,African Fish-Eagle,Milky eagle owl,black, African White-necked Raven and marabou stork) and coming soon they want add black-backed jackals and maybe Bateleur eagle...

Apparently Singapore Night Safari has hour-long shows showing like 30 or 40 species.

Hmm... not quite so many, and the show only lasts about 30 minutes.

The Night Safari show features striped hyena, spotted hyena, grey wolf, serval, small-clawed otter, binturong, small-toothed civet, banded mongoose, reticulated python, owl, puma.

Singapore Zoo has a show (Rainforest Fights Back) which includes albino peafowl, macaws, sulphur-crested cockatoo, wreathed hornbill, wood ducks, small-clawed otter, coati, pig-tailed macaque, spider monkey, ring-tailed lemur, orang utan, snakes.

I especially like how the albino peacock has been conditioned to display its tail feathers on cue!

Jurong Bird Park's bird show features greater flamingo, scarlet/green-winged/blue n gold macaws, sulphur-crested cockatoo, yellow-naped amazon, toco toucan, great pied hornbill, turkey vulture, king pigeon, dalmation/brown pelicans.

There are mor ei can't remember now but one of the most unique animal the zoo used to have a european wild boar named "Fly"
