Good news, lets hope this one survives. The EEP has had a few in the UK at least not survive this year.

If you were refering to Antwerp: this zoo was the first zoo in the world with okapis (1919). So all the other zoos are 'another breeding locations'

We can only presume that as I don't think anything has actually been posted to confirm it(?) but it does seem to be what happened.

According the Studbook, it is Kiburi.

Kiburi is also the father of Zukisa's second child, Shomari.
