Dudley Zoological Gardens Old animal photos.

Thanks for the link Dawn, the crowds round the tiny polar bear and killer whale enclosures are incredible.
 
Yeah I know, my mother used to visit and said the Polar Bears and the Whale were very popular.
 
Does anyone have any pics of the elephant seals that were held at Dudley?
 
Hi there I know Solocatman has hundreds of old Ddley Zoo pic's I was at the auction when he brought them maybe when he comes back from Kenya he may share some with him I'll ask next time he phones me.
He'll be back on 19th of Nov, he did say that he was sorting some pic's to put in the gallaries of quite a few zoo's, I'd hate to think how many zoos he's been too but when we chatted a few weeks back it was some where in the region of about 3,000 worldwide and this didn't include the private collections not open to the public or the reserves and sanctuaries.
I may have one or two of my own if will put them in the galleries where need be
